  • so that dent in the left rear quarter has been there since day one, and it was a 68 SE car, hence what birdsong said about the tinted window and the AC cut out's he found, hmm, jesus I wonder what happened to this car before all of this, like how did it end up the way it was. also I found out that with atleast the demons, they seem to be having fitting problems with the hellcat motors, like the packaging's abit too tight in the engine bay, and I think its causing like an oil fire on a few of them, atleast with some of the early ones, and the 392 hemi's, they have thermostat problems, atleast the older like 08/09 cars, where something about the thermostat isnt set up right, and they come on too late and can and DO blow the engine, atleast in really really hot florida weather like what happened to that one guy I came across, as he went through like 3 of them before he said enough was enough. so to see that thing dumped for a 440 again, the engine of the bluesmobile that elwood called the greatest motor ever, couldnt be happier, its a charger, it should have a 440 funniest damn thing though, if Fryberger could get his hands on the bluesmobiles engine, as the guy who sadly, crushed those cars, HAS a motor still if he can find it again, imagine the heart of the bluesmobile, in the general mayhem. as if that car wasnt holy enough lol and jesus talk about scooter brothers with the mayhem, like that thing really has your dads hood, HA! what a crazy life this car has lived.

    • Yes the car was hacked but I'm not blaming David for that. At one point he sold the car to the company and they paid to have the swap done and David and Mike didn't actually do the hellcat swap. David now owns the car again and he's the one paying to fix it so I'm happy. I'm glad he had the car fixed and put a 440 back in out of his own pocket

  • very cool. always like hearing the stories. Iron Horse brought me here. One Question, before you lost your thought, you said you sold the car to a guy for 600. that one was not Mayhem?
