The beating Jon gave shogun was the most brutal beating I’ve ever seen. It felt like he could have ended the fight any second but wanted to torture him hitting him with everything in the book. Also can’t believe he did not include the glover fight that was one of his most impressive wins.

@Bad JuJuBeans It really couldn't have gone either way. It's one of the most blatant robberies in UFC history. Rewatch the fight again. Reyes clearly won the first three rounds, no doubt about it. If you're really in doubt watch The Weasle's breakdown of it as well.
Maximal Säkerhet5 күн бұрын
He arguably lost his right with Reyes. It could've gone either way. In my honest opinion I expected it to be a draw. And it may have been,( which if you've watched long enough, you know judges typically lean towards the champ in those situations) yes Jon won, but Reyes pushed him, and Jones' drive and dominance that he was known for, was nowhere to be seen in that fight.

You feeling overwhelmed? I've been in a year long court battle now with a neighbor that's been harassing me since 10-31-21. He's filed over 40 police reports against me, most of them based on lies, and he keeps on going. He leaves his dog feces on my sidewalk and once he even left a huge bag of feces in my trash can. He physically attacked me on 1-2-22 and has never answered for it. He's gotten me arrested 3 times already. 2 for accidentally violating the restraining order he put on me after he kicked me. That same day he kicked me, he called the police to say I harassed him. The Judge at Chatsworth Courthouse always seems to favor him and always rules against me. Now the D.A. is prosecuting me. They issued a warrant for me and that was my 3rd arrest on 10-8-22. Now I have to try to finish writing all the evidence in my defense against him. But he keeps sending the police to my house to arrest me. I don't feel safe in my own home so I always leave and spend time away from home. My preliminary hearing's 1-25-23. I can't afford a lawyer. That's a big reason why this has gone on so long. Never underestimate what lies can do in the legal system. 90% of his testimony in the 1st hearings was lies. But Judge Arian in Chatsworth believes him and not me. It's baffling. At least the preliminary hearing's in Van Nuys and it's a different judge. Judge Samuels, and it's a woman. My public defender's pretty good but he's so busy with 50 cases I barely talk to him. So now I just keep writing, hoping to finish in time. And hoping for the best. In life there are no guarantees. Good doesn't always triumph over evil. But I'm gonna do my best to hold back this monster. Whether I'm found innocent or guilty. I'll continue to spread the word about this psychopath. In or out of jail. Because the Truth will set me free. If not literally, then figuratively. If you read this whole thing, thank you for allowing me to vent. How does this compare with what you're up against? Never give up, my friend. Hang in there. Whatever doesn't kill you makes you Stronger. TRUTH. From The Cheap Bastards :)

I'll never forget Jon Jones when he was on the come up. My dad and I didn't really have a lot in common or spend a lot of time together when I was growing up. One thing we bonded over was our love for UFC, Boxing and other combat sports. I was a really good amateur boxer and he was a very good wrestler in his day so we both liked the UFC and Boxing. We would bet $20 a fight normally and we'd order the PPV and order Pizza for dinner. Such great memories cause I didn't spend a whole lot of time with him in those days. I remember my dad doubting Jon Jones, I took him against I believe it was Ryan Bader. My dad took Bader and lost. Next fight against Shogun he bet me again and I won. Next fight against Rampage Jackson my dad was all-in on Rampage and bet me $50 and I won that one too. He was even more convinced that Machida was going to beat him but I told him "Dad stop betting against him, I don't want to keep taking your money just admit that he's amazing and he's going to become the champion" and sure enough he did. Finally after how dominating he was against Machida and Belfort he admitted that he was wrong and that Jon Jones was the real deal. Really unfortunate what happened to his career and all the issues outside of the octagon but inside of it, I don't think there has been a more dominant fighter than him.

great story, reminds me of my pop an myself. you are right my friend i agree, there has never been a more dominant fighter, in any combat sport which is saying a whole lot. jon is a blessing for us cause were all alive at the same time, an get to see an enjoy something people can get 10 life times an not see. p.s. look at the real frank dukes an his greatness, an even he had his bad day by a simple, low side right kick to his head, as he attacked his opponent legs, with a bit of a leg slide. it was out of character for him but he knew to be careful of his opponents right leg kick, a french guy, not very big etc.. but just timed a perfect quick but accurate/blink an you will miss it low side kick to dukes head. knock out!!!! you can def find the footage, its low quality 1970s work and takes place on a mat, that's it plus its not a moment they want to emphasize for frank dukes. but even as good as he was IT HAPPENED... another reason people should take a long look at jones.

@The Sith Code Fedor Emelianenko and Igor Vovchanchyn are just two. But I like a lot of Mui Thai fighters like Ramon Dekkers and Buakaw Banchamek. And I'm a Native American from Toronto. I originally got into Martial Arts after watching Bloodsport starring Jean-Claude Van Damme who played the part of a the real life and very controversial character by the name of Frank Dux. Whether he's a fraud or not, the movie inspired me None the less. That and kickboxer. King of the kick boxer. Karate Kid. Yeah, I was never really into Bruce Lee. Telling the truth is Hating ? Kids! You're a Beta male. You think with your emotion. I think with my brain and come with the facts. He's been cheating multiple times. He's probably been cheating his entire career. And Alexander Gustafsson beat him in my opinion. John Jones should've been out long time ago and Banned for life. DC is the Champ in my books. And a much better person. A lot of kickboxing is based on natural ability, that’s why you have kickboxers with less than a year in a gym who come in to fights and destroy guys with 5+ years of training. Training doesn’t always overcome natural ability, especially in kickboxing, where so much is based on reaction, IQ and instinct

I mean you can tell the narrator isn’t very knowledgeable of the sport. Probably has only watched the UFC. He says “shogun was a legend of UFC”. Shogun was a legend in the sport of mixed martial arts, and made his name in Pride. Doesn’t even sound grammatically correct to say it the way he did. He also goes on to say Rampage has never been stopped... has he not seen rampage in pride being KOd by Wanderlei twice? Rampage had been stopped plenty of times, even shogun stopped him in pride. I stopped watching there

Khabib and his father only respected 2 fighters in the UFC before his time - Jon Jones and GSP. Jones beyond a doubt had top level Fighter IQ and true killer instinct. His return to heavyweight should be interesting. I suspect he will work methodically with his leg kicks to open up takedowns and elbows. I am excited to see him fight Ngannou, Gane, and eventually Aspinall if he can keep his head level between fights!

@Reggie smoka sorry for the late reply bro. Appreciate your reply, gives some info for me to decide, rather than everyone either being a blind fan boy or a hater
Let's be real- this guy is likely the most dangerous man that's ever lived. Edit- Jones is the most dangerous man to have ever lived without weapons. If he moves to heavyweight and wins then i think that only cements this.
@REV THA DON kabib fought a bunch of first debut nobodies
Not more than mike Tyson tho but he’s up there for sure
Jones is the best fighter ever hands down. Literally can beat you to death, after that the Rush St. Pierre
@@googleuser569 You might want to check out the history of the early ufcs. The promotion was in bed with the Gracies, They changed the rules to give him an advantage. Granted, he still won, but there were some shady moves. It was all done to promote BJJ so they could start gyms all over the place.
@@user-gf1iy1vc9l Damn, you're right! Recency bias in full effect. lol. Really tough to pick which one of those 2 would be the greatest but I do believe it's 1 of those 2.
The beating Jon gave shogun was the most brutal beating I’ve ever seen. It felt like he could have ended the fight any second but wanted to torture him hitting him with everything in the book. Also can’t believe he did not include the glover fight that was one of his most impressive wins.
@Breaux Dose he's just an ignorant hater fuck em
@KZworld User knee to head is illegal not body
Yes that was hard to watch i love shogun, but John straight walked through him. Wasn't a bit competitive
@KZworld User ? You can knee to the body on the ground, that has always been the rule, and is still the rule today.
Jones would of lost the shogun fight by todays standards, he knees him twice while shogun was grounded.
I almost feel like I'm stealing watching your documentaries for free. Very spectacular you deserve an Oscar!
@RaveN. ya 10 mill views is money don worry Michael this channel is strait chillin
ahhaa how he gets paid bc you watched it? ahahaa
You ca love him, you can hate him, but he is the best fighter ever. Natural talent, great on his feet, even better on ground, he had no weak spot. A true MMA champion.
Has. He has no weak spot.
Nobody will ever beat Jon and nobody will ever come close to being as dominant for as long as him he’s the jordan of mma
@Maximal Säkerhet definitely could have gone either way, was a very close fight
@Bad JuJuBeans It really couldn't have gone either way. It's one of the most blatant robberies in UFC history. Rewatch the fight again. Reyes clearly won the first three rounds, no doubt about it. If you're really in doubt watch The Weasle's breakdown of it as well.
@synnc did you actually watch the same fight? :DD
@eyes'n'apples they are fighting. And I think you’ll be surprised, I’m not trying to insult but u must not be old enough to have seen jon jones really run through the best of the best for over a decade and never come close to losing(vitor’s armbar doesn’t count lol)
I'm not a Jones fan I honestly don't like him but I am an MMA fan and he's just the best ever to do it. It's a shame he's lost time in his prime do to his issues. No one stays young forever and it's a shame to not see him have a career like Anderson Silva who just stayed in top so long. Hope he's got more left in the tank.
bro the quote the only one that can defeat me is me is so true in this case. His last few fights have been lackluster but this is what is hate people just forget how fkin dominant he was. He is the GOAT in my books and nobody could change my opinion
he made the champion of light heavyweight tap via hitting him relentlessly. just brutal
Felt I should have paid for this video, well done, thank you
Doing coke, partying one week, smashing people in the ring the week after. Thats GOAT stuff
@eyes'n'apples nahhhhh lol
@eyes'n'apples why does he have to be great outside of UFC if it's abt being the goat INSIDE UFC😭
@eyes'n'apples The hell does civil rights have to do with competitive sports? The man is good at what he does, whatever he does in his personal life (good or bad) is his own prerogative.
@eyes'n'apples Agreed
That’s not GOAT stuff. GOAT stuff is fighting for civil right while being the baddest man on the planet, like Ali or Louis did. It’s being the best while standing up for something bigger than yourself. Jon Jones is a great fighter, but he won’t ever be a GOAT in my eyes
20:09 That guy trying to hold back Jones is a good representation of how my life's going right about now.
very underrated comment
Great work man! The storyline is excellent.
mike tyson said it best "some people cant handle gods gift" jon could have been even more dominant and broke every record in the ufc if he was a little bit disciplined but still one of the best fighters and as far as talent is the best ever
This was and Jon is incredible.
This dude is a talent man! Get out of your head Mr. Jones.
If I learned one thing from this documentary is that I gotta practise my elbows!!
First time I ever saw Jon Jones fight was his prelim against Stephan Bonnar. I instantly became a fan. I knew he was built for greatness
What an wholesome comment section, nothing but love guys.
@Mark 👏🏾, great men in this comment section.
Same. Bonded with my father via watching UFC. Not much a relationship otherwise. He died of cancer in 2010. I miss watching the fights with him or taking him to the occasional movie during his final year.
great story, reminds me of my pop an myself. you are right my friend i agree, there has never been a more dominant fighter, in any combat sport which is saying a whole lot. jon is a blessing for us cause were all alive at the same time, an get to see an enjoy something people can get 10 life times an not see. p.s. look at the real frank dukes an his greatness, an even he had his bad day by a simple, low side right kick to his head, as he attacked his opponent legs, with a bit of a leg slide. it was out of character for him but he knew to be careful of his opponents right leg kick, a french guy, not very big etc.. but just timed a perfect quick but accurate/blink an you will miss it low side kick to dukes head. knock out!!!! you can def find the footage, its low quality 1970s work and takes place on a mat, that's it plus its not a moment they want to emphasize for frank dukes. but even as good as he was IT HAPPENED... another reason people should take a long look at jones.
Great memories u have/had with ur dad 👍
There are great fighters and then there are God gifted fighters.
His fight IQ is what makes him special not necessarily his build
People like John Jones give the sport a bad name. Ufc has become a 3 ring circus. You like WWE too? Lol
@RABBIT HOLE Again, who is your fav fighter ? Don't answer me actually, your fav shithole nobody will get destroyed by Jon anyway. So why bother hating? Estrogen soyboys and their lack of common sense is beyond mind boggling.
@Devin Parks Again. Facts are Hate? Lol
@INDRID COLD You can't say that until they actually get caught. Jones has been caught multiple times but people continue to put him on a pedestal. He's a lowlife peace of shit. You get caught cheating like that and you should be out. Career done.
I can't believe I watched this documentary for FREE!!
I like that the ufc held him accountable for the hit and run. Good on them. And good for Jones to have the consequences to realize
Can you imagine being bounced out of a club by Jon Jones, and you actually give him static. Oh, the poor souls.
If u got coke u Gucci
Awesome documentary 😍 Bones is realy born for this stuff he’s a natural born K…a !! Nobody can top this way of dominance in this sport !
hey bro its me lol
One thing that deeply impresses me about Bones is how can a fighter with wrestling background can be such an awesome striker and kicker...
@Jose Rivera you calling someone casual is cringey af.
@Mighty_Peach27 Lethwei is better
@Unbias spoken like the ultimate casual...
@Cyrus Khalvati its not the same been able to learn the proper techique to actually use it when its time to and to be able to use it in that creative way its just crazy for the amount of time he had no way you are using properly all of that in 1 years theres just no way in just 1 or 2 years 2 h a day you know when to or not to, the exact place, the rigth timing etc, of that big set of striking skills jon have
Jon Jones being far from perfect makes him perfect
That man is a legend ❤️🇲🇦
Jones is the epitome of the saying "The only one who can beat me, Is ME".
And Chael Sonnen. Only man to remove a champion's toe in the octagon.
Yes and if you have not struggled with addiction and self-esteem issues then you really wouldn’t know what he’s going through. I see all kind of people ragging him. but he’s my favorite . We have a watched his ups and downs . He’s not the perfect image of a champion like Khabib. And that makes him all the more fascinating.
Still the GOAT.
@ThatGuyNamedFlash khabib the guy with 3 title defenses?, who's best win was a washed up mcgregor who had been away for 2 years?. Not to mention him beating on tomato cans for a large part of his early career , one of the most stat padded careers ever while also being a weight bully who only fought strikers and never fought a great wrestler, that's your goat?
Jones is the epitome of the saying "you can never get too comfortable, even if you're the best" and I'm sure he learned
Literally no one can beat him inside the octagon.
@Abir Rzaev 🤡
@Abir Rzaev i am a khabib fan but how you can really think is khabib can beat jon?
@Abir Rzaev Khabib too small for jones.. He will gonna eat Jone's Punches and kicks before he can come closer.
@Romeo Shakwa yeah, but not good enough to beat Bones Jones.
He proved the saying "the only man who can beat me is ME"
He definitely might be the best to ever do it. But I do genuinely feel like he lost that Reyes fight.
Jon Jones is the baddest man that ever stepped in the Octagon and the GOAT when we talk about combat sports in general. His agility , viciousness, strength , technique and versatility(wrestling, striking, elbows, kicking) combined together is uncompetitive ! The most completed fighter this world has ever seen !
Motherfcker was born and built to fight
Yoo this commentary is fkn og documentary style love it fkn killed this documentary should be hired from @ufc
“A true story of no one can defeat him but himself” such a great quote, and Jones is the epitome of that quote.
@Russ Cry us a river some more??
@Tony Maldonado So were his opponents Stpehn bonor, Ryan bader, Machida, Rashad evans, Vitor Belfort, Shogan Rua, Chael Sonnen. The dude fought in a steroid filled era
@auto blipper Santos no but reyes won but it's not as if legends don't lose GSP got knocked out by Matt sera and Beat by jonny hendricks
@Luan Kalaidjian Reyes lost get over it
@Eric Graham 3rd time out of how many? 5?
Nobody will ever beat Jon and nobody will ever come close to being as dominant for as long as him he’s the jordan of mma
@John Delacruz Imo he doesn’t have to fight anymore and he’s still the goat. But yea you’re right if he can beat Francis the debate is over fasho
I think ngannou will be the last. Beating him will make the goat debate over
Very well done 👍
Never really liked him, but he single handedly closed down every single UFC legend the division has ever had to offer from then till now. That calls for respect.
and that was the most stacked division at the time
ait man is a living legend but he never competed against no chechenian guys set him up against them.. thats another level.
Dude... either ESPN can’t afford you, or you’re making more money from KZworld. This literally deserves the up most respect, hands down one of the greatest documentaries ever put together.
Arent those two the same?
Jus have to be a 33rd degree mason
up most. haha.
@Not Hydropump greatness has not yet been released Nicely written.
Facts. All of his are this good. Dude really should be doing the 30for30’s on ESPN
The way that jones spinned cormier around with that leg kick after having his all dizzy from being rocked was brilliant! Love him or hate him he’s one of the greatest, Colby was right about him being an asshole though……something that Colby’s enemies have in common
Jus some Fax, for ya!
Idgaf what anyone says. To dominate people the way he did at 21-23 is just unreal, and then to sustain it. The real GOAT of the sport.
Astro fan obviously this dude could care less about cheating
The REAL FN GOAT
Excellent documentary
Bring me back to the old days of UFC where fighters could have their own sponsors. This Reebok deal is fucking communism!
I cannot explain how pumped I am to not only see the return of Bones to go straight for the belt - Jones vs Ngannou will be one of the most legendary Heavyweight bouts in MMA history!
If he wins that fight then the debate is over. Hes literally the goat.
@Doonsides you know the Sovietbob69 alias do ya? damn who is this? haha!
hey soviet its me bro :D
His long layoffs arguably lends to his legendary status. He comes back and seemingly has zero rust to straight up pummel top fighters like clockwork. Just unreal skills and adaptation to any situation
This Guy awesome .brutal
Jon Jones fights like every man dreams they could.
@Kykise I was thinking this too
The vast majority of men live quiet lives of desperation!
@cogen651 Bruh this whole thread is filled with deepthroaters who disregard the fact that he's a scumbag woman beating criminal who happens to look good in the octagon. Shit is as cringy as people swooning over Jackson knowing he diddled kids and got away with it cuz he's famous. Y'all smoothbrains need to look past fame and into someone's character, and Jon Jones has none.
Nope!
@Zeppelin for street fight, strength of Jone Jones is more than enough to knockout everybody
Jon jones saying “fair and square” 😂
That willow clip was a thing of beauty.
this is so motivating

How to become the goat of your class..never loose
His takedowns. His strikes, Submissions, His ground and pound has a level of violence to it that you just don't see from alotta other fighters. Lethal violence.
This is a good documentary, the slow motion in the important punches, the light story at the right moment, not too deep. Wish I can see more from whomever uploaded this.
I have a whole channel, you can see more.
I’m convinced Jon Jones is the reincarnation of some ancient elite level gladiator. Dude just has that pristine killer instinct and fight IQ.
When you think a crackhead is the best to ever do it, you might be watching the wrong sport 😳🤣
The way Jones played with his food while fighting Shogun was unfathomable.... To this day, he was the most dominant fighter.
💗G.O.A.T 💗
Loved this and your voice is perfect for all sports content. Can you now do one for Anthony "Rumble" Johnson please. "R.I.P ANTHONY JOHNSON" May your Legacy have the Up Most respect and thank you for what you've showed us in the world of MMA
My favorite fighter since he first stepped in the octagon. Remember seeing him at a local show in MA before the UFC when he was with B0mbsquadd NY, he was the talk of the crowd and you could just feel his presence. What he did to some of these guys is true greatness. Watching Rashard Evans come out the gate and looking absolutely petrified is the perfect some up to how his Opponents felt.
His build is insane. The height, length, and still dense lean muscle is insane. Always blows my mind
@RAH STOONEY dude wouldn't have been nearly as dominate if he wasn't juiced to the brim
@pforpen STG you said in a room together, if your saying that your saying a strewt fight. Theres no way you just said a 155 lb fighter whos a wrestler could win in a street fight against a 220 lb man with a 84 inch reach that knows jeet kune do with techniques like eye poking that can cause you seriousdamage. Street fighting theres no wrestling dumbass you will get killed and get hitin the back of the head by another great striker
It's great but put khabib and jon jones in a room together when they are both in there 50s and I bet you khabib would be 100% more healthier than jon jones so that's really the greatest of all time
He like a fighting KD 🤣
That I definitely agree with it's insane but real 💯
This is a top tier documentary. Put together so well 👏👏
Look how the dude fights. Jon uses everything in his arsenal to dismantle opponents. It really is like watching art when you watch JBJ.
This guy looks like one of the greatest striker of all time, and his foundation is grappling. Add to that a killer instinct and top tier athleticism…scary.
15:46 man thats devastating imagine knowing your body is done, you can't go on, and here comes this hulking dude to finish you off and you can't do anything about it. I give UFC guys so much credit
Most dominant MMA fighter of all times, absolute best. Stand up, ground, submission, Jones has it all...great video btw👍
2:27 that was brutal💀
Idk what your talking about but somehow ik
hahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahahahh
That elbow he throws is insane I would not want to be in the path of that.
Dude, these documentaries are in a league of there own. You're the Bones Jones of Documentaries
Awesome video! Just a slight correction about Rampage - he hasn’t been stopped in the octagon, but he has been stopped in his career - in Pride prior to UFC.
Rampage had been stopped before he fought Jones. Silva ko'd him in pride in 2003
This DOCUMENTARY is so AWESOME. The Editing, storytelling, sound effects, Everything was perfect. Well Done.
Great video... Was a delight
I hate to say it,,, but what made Jon Jones a great fighter,,, was that he was not afraid to hurt you in any way possible...
Such fun times. It's like watching his climb for the first time again. Well done! This makes me even more excited for his Heavyweight debut.
i reckon jon will... submission win on francis duno what round tho
Seems like John John was juiced up for a lot of these fights so what was really happening
I really hope this dude finally comes into terms with himself and be the best version of himself as well. He is definitely one of my favorite fighters and one of the greatest as well. The only true threat to him is the man he sees in the mirror. Truly one of the greatest inside the ring but not so much outside...
GOAT of ALL GOATS, This man is better at fighting than Tom Brady at throwing footballs or Michael Jordan playing Basketball.
Still the GOAT, hope he just keeps improving as a human being. He's so gifted, wish Jon well in his return .
GOAT
I'm going to say this every time it applies. God the quality of these documentaries is so high. It's insane.
OMG IT’s SO INSANE
@Joe Doe Is Mr Shotgun An Hall Of Famer Yet Sir!
I stopped watching there
@Brian Nodwll my gmo cookies is close g,28.78% on the clinic box
Selective editing to finish the documentary. There are more highlights showing how Dominick Reyes defeated Jones fair and square. I watched the fight multiple times and still believe Reyes was robbed.
Love you John 😍
What a beast, he is definitely gifted look at the way he fights it's so unique looks like from a movie 😅
Damn, you made a great documentary here brother! 9.3M views, hands down.
Ya , also I wish he include Glover texeria vs jon jones
I grew up an hour from the Jones brothers and you have to give credit where its due. There is nothing to help kids become what they have become. I might have a little bias bc hes the home team guy but Jones is the baddest man to ever walk inside the world of the UFC
Khabib and his father only respected 2 fighters in the UFC before his time - Jon Jones and GSP. Jones beyond a doubt had top level Fighter IQ and true killer instinct. 21:24 the most skillful Double Leg takedown ever in the UFC... On the former Captain of the US Olympic team.
But jones made it look easy lol
