  • This. This is what it is to be human, this is why we're here, to help those in need, not just other people, but animals too. From rats, to cobras, hell to even whales. This is why we're here.

    • @MN SV I saw a road between a park and a condominium building with a big, bright yellow traffic sign that read "ducks crossing" and it had an illustration of a duck with ducklings following it. If I recall correctly, it was to slow traffic to 10 miles per hour, too.

    • Almost every day there is a duck being run over and crushed in the condominium where I live and nobody does anything to protect these birds, and where my son lives the alligators continue to roam free even in the parking lot while the children are 'trapped' at home without the right to even go to the playground and also nobody does anything to protect these human beings.

    • @Mr.Y first off it would be boring for a world to be peaceful because it would be a dead world void off the life we see around us today in our ecosystem expect for mosquitoes. Without war it would be no peace between continents without plants it would be no lusciousness of brown rich soil and beautiful grass and the aroma's of flowers. And to top it off without animals it would be no meat no produce given to sustain life on earth in general. So yes i have put myself in those shoes fully in my deductive abilities and a world like that will destroy our future generations. Us as a human race shaped this world to what we see that was beneficial to our survival eons ago to this day so why break it. Having a peaceful world and will kill us all because we will die off no matter what since it's 2022 regardless but the world we leave matters to the future after us and it needs that unbalanced nature to live grow change and adapt. So you have to accept this world we live in now because if it changes for the way in your mind then Earth will decline faster than you thought. Society is in decline but our mother Earth thrives on the life she has created over time because if she didn't care from the B.C. era to after A.D. we would not exist my friend. Open your mind to life instead of opinions from individuals who don't know they're lives are minute to the greater cause and will of an entity greater than us all which is life

    • @UCh2IpssnbiWh9v1JqXdtXug U need to be vegan to love animals wth are u talking about bro😂 at one place your exploiting them by eating their flesh by consciously and intentionally killing them and on the other hand ur showing love for dogs cats etc! I mean wtf dude what kind of a mentality is this? Non vegetarian diet ain't a part of any food chain or the cycle of life There's nowhere written in any rule book nor there is any scientific evidence or research which proves that if we didn't eat animals our lives will be ruined, this is how meat and milk industry lures people like you for their own profits More than 2/3rd of the total agricultural land being cultivated is meant for feeding those poor animals whom you guys will eat for taste(dont bring about the myth of Protein and nutrition now u can easily get enough nutrients with a vegan diet too if u know how to balance it) Stop living in dreams and state it clearly that you can't cut down on your taste this is why you don't want to give up on meat, well i cant really do anything and I'll accept it anyways at last it's ur choice but remember you will always be termed as a hypocrite if u are eating fish or pork or beef or any kind of meat with one hand and caring and playing with your pet dog or cat with the other hand claiming urself to be an animal lover A fake and hypocritical being for sure without any doubt U can't love animals unless u aren't vegan otherwise ur self contradicting urself

A while after being with them, one of them all of a sudden fell out of a tree and stopped breathing. only 1 worker was there but she didn’t know what to do, although I was taking medschool for people, i still tried my best to help it and in the end the little guy survived:)

    • @Shea Holloway Thank you for the good wishes. Beautiful sentiment, and I agree entirely. I hope we can all be reunited with our beloved ones, be them people or pets. I miss him every single day, sometimes more than others, but I never have had him out of my mind over the years. He unfortunately got cancer and wasn't able to live as long as he might have. Pets are a double-edged sword; on one hand, they are such a blessing to have in your life and give you so much comfort and so many memories, but on the other, you almost always outlive them and must bear the pain of losing something so close to you. It leaves a hole for sure. But, I do believe they are still worth it. The happy times you have been blessed with from them are worth more than the pain of losing them. You just have to hold on to those happy memories and remember how much joy and comfort they have given you. I wish your cat more happy years, and hope that they can continue to comfort you for as long as possible!

  • I've rescued dogs on 2 separate occasions. The first one was starving and dehydrated when I found him in a gravel pit laying in a shallow pool of muddy water. He had been lost by his owners 3 months earlier when they were camping. The second was during the winter (I live in northern Wisconsin) and it was laying in a ditch and it was so cold it couldn't move. Her owners lost her 1 month prior when they were at a cabin during rifle season. I always brings me joy, seeing how happy the dogs and their families are when they're reunited.

  • Just wanna say thank you to all the people that saved all these animals. Especially ones that are more predatory type animals. Remember, a rat doesn’t know he’s a rat (or a shark or a leopard or whatever), they’re just being who they are. Most animals only react out of feeling threatened or curiosity. For years, media makes them sound more aggressive than they are

    • @Nadine Marchand You claim to respect life, so let me ask you a question. Is it right to sacrifice dozens, potentially thousands of innocent animals for one domestic cat? Because cats kill billions of animals each year, for sport..

    • I'm pretty sure that a shark knows it's a shark and a rat knows it's a rat...Just look at domestic cats, they kill billions of animals each year in America alone, for sport... They know exactly what they're doing and what they are.

    • @pip fox There have been shark charter tours running down there for many years now. In a world where every morsel past its lips must be hunted for, an easy bit of burley from a boat would have them getting very used to boats and people, I would think. Trouble is, they can't tell the difference between a shark charter and any other human operated watercraft, but they would surely love an easy feed in an ocean of diminished fish numbers.

She came to him and laid down a kitten (yes, one kitten, as I don't know if there were others or not), then went off and died. That kitten was so loyal to him when it grew up.

    • I live in a rural area, several acres, mostly wooded. Have a creek that runs behind and to side of my house, and there's about a 20 foot waterfall that starts up in winter time or during heavy rains. Several years ago creek was pretty high after good rain in the winter, and when it's like that the current is real strong. I saw something on the bank. Go closer and see a raccoon half in water half on the creek bed just hanging on to the grass for dear life. Afraid to grab it in case he bit me, grabbed a garden hoe I had right there. The second I walked up to him, he reached up to me with one paw, and as I moved the hoe to scoot him up he immediately grabbed onto it and I dragged him up. He just laid there exhausted, and then I realized his hind legs weren't working. Reading up, found that is a symptom of rabies, but I think more likely he got swept over the waterfall onto the rocks and broke his back. Tried calling around, no one was helpful at all. So, I put him in a big storage tote with some blankets and put him in a bedroom. Gave him some dog food and he chowed it down lol. Came home from work next morning and he didn't make it. Kind of glad because I had no idea what I would've done with him being paralyzed, but it was still sad. Just blew me away though when he reached up for me to help get him out of the water, first time I"d ever experienced anything like that. I love telling that story because so many people don't realize what animals are capable of. It's always, oh it's just a fish, raccoon, possum, etc.

  • Reminds me of when my friend and I were kids. My neighbors used to breed and sell rabbits, but one of the baby's got out once. Had my friend not been on a walk, the rabbit would've been attacked by a stray cat. We ended up returning the rabbit because our parents wouldn't let us keep it.

  • it’s so cool that the squirrel was scared but eventually realized they were helping him and then even came back to hang out with them, feeling completely safe and comfortable!! most animals can understand they’re being helped which is something that brings me an unreasonable amount of joy !! I’ve heard of sharks that tell other sharks that certain divers will help them with fishing hooks stuck in their mouths and several wild birds that come back to visit and even nest near people who fed them and even insects can tell they’re being helped and will stop running away (I have helped so many spiders that stop trying to run and just let me take them outside and I know I sound crazy but some species really make me feel like they’re looking into my eyes lol)

    • God made us and the animals to understand each other, if we will only listen. A cat's cry for help and a dog's whine for the same are not much different than ours, are they? We can understand each other. When a bear stands up on its rear legs and roars at us, does that mean he is happy and wants to play? Is the bear any different than a large, angry dangerous man? God made signals between the species recognizable, not opposite or hidden.

    • @catalot tbh im also a little scared of them lol !! its nice that you make the effort even though they scare you :) its funny to think that theyre also very scared of us and depending on the type of spider, they have a lot more reasons to be afraid of us !! thats part of why i dont like killing anything, there’s researches about how most every animal has some type of reaction that indicates they’re afraid, i feel so bad that these animals understand and are scared to die - also if you keep spiders alive they eat flies and mosquitoes so less of that to worry about so thats a bonus (sorry for the huge reply)

    • @One Anjel OMG english isnt my first language but from context im gonna assume that mosquito eaters are the same spiders that made me start thinking they can understand that im helping !!! in Brazil they’re called “papa-mosca” which I guess would fly eater lol I totally agree with you and im always stoping people from smashing bugs and usually they let me, as long as im the one to take them away !! that person was completely unreasonable and you’re better off away from them anyway ! every little life is precious, every little life is a miracle, every little life is worth preserving if possible

  • I found 13 ducklings in my pool. Unfortunately we lost 2 in the first 24 hrs. However, after weeks of care the other 11 were fully grown. 1 flew off before we could release them at our local pond. She flys back with her mate back every spring. It was a lot of work but it was worth it. Yes I tried to call an animal rescue. No one would take them.

    • Turn off the news. Do not listen to their stories. It is low vibration and keeps you in a state of depression and anxiety. There are good people and they’re getting better because we have no choice- the others are getting more aggressive and worse. There is no gray- these are biblical times and you are needed. Stand up and be counted.. your light is needed!

  • Saved one of my best friends from being abandoned by some heartless person in the woods. 3wk old kitten crying for help all alone in a fallen over trees root ball. Took about 30m of trying then decided to leave hoping mom was nearby. He came running out after me so I flew him back home with me. Here we are 15 years later, best buds.

    • @BEAUTYnIQ what a dumb and egotistical comment. Humans are animals, go into the savannah and see if you are "top" predator then. Animals see us as equals. There's many studies showing animals have empathy and can form special connections to people. They don't judge others on species or skin colour. Animals exist on their own accord, humans need to stop trying to use their egocentric feelings and religion to try justify abuse and hatred towards animals. Any animal who brings happiness to a person is worth more than you, that's for sure.

The assistance to the saving of a human soul is the most important thing that we can do outside of ourselves! Jesus offers us eternal life if we only choose it! Why wouldn't we want everyone to know this truth and to enjoy it?
